HOW TO PLAY

The objective of Dragon Tiger Phoenix is to predict which of the hands — the Dragon, the Tiger or the Phoenix — will win or if it will be a Tie.

The game is played with eight standard 52-card decks (excluding Jokers). The card values are as follows:

  • Aces count as 1, being the lowest, followed by 2 and so on
  • King is the highest (so, A-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-J-Q-K).

BETTING PHASE

In each round, place a bet on which hand — Dragon, Tiger or Phoenix — will receive the highest card.

You may also wager on a Tie if you believe two or more hands will have cards of the same value.

MAIN GAME ROUND

After the betting time is over, a single card face-up is dealt by the dealer to the Dragon, Tiger and Phoenix. The side that receives the higher card wins.

THE RESULT

If you have placed a bet on a winning hand, the payout is according to the payout table. If two cards have the same value, it’s a Tie. Main bets on Dragon, Tiger or Phoenix remain unchanged. When all three cards have the same value, it’s a Tie, but the main bets are lost.
