What you need to create your account
To get started you’ll need to enter some personal details so we can create your account. This is required by law and can include:
- Name, address, postal code, D.O.B., email address, telephone number, occupation, job title, citizenship, and country of residence.
- Agree to T&C’s, confirm 19+ age, confirm all information is accurate.

Once you’ve provided all the information we need, we’ll verify your account by a Credit Bureau check. If the information you entered matches your credit file information you will be immediately verified to login, attach a payment method and game.
If we need further information to verify your identity and create your account, we’ll reach out to you via email and ask you to provide additional information which can include:
- Valid Government issued photo ID such as driver’s license, passport, Ontario ID card, etc.
- A selfie picture (clear with good lighting)
- In certain rare cases we may also require a copy of a statement showing your current residential address.
- We will also require you to book a video conference call with our customer support team to complete your account activation in these cases.
