Snakes & Ladders Live<\/strong> is a lively and fast-paced game show inspired by the classic Snakes & Ladders board game that adds a new twist to create an entertaining playing experience. The game is played by spinning a large 54-segment vertical money wheel featuring number and Bonus segments. <\/p> \n\n<\/div>\n\n

The objective<\/strong> of Snakes & Ladders Live is to predict the segment the wheel will stop at. <\/p> \n\n

After the wheel comes to a stop on a Bonus segment, one of the captivating Bonus games is initiated, enhancing your chances to win big, if your bet was placed on that Bonus. <\/p> \n\n

In addition to that, in each game round, a random multiplier is assigned to one of the bet spots, boosting your potential winnings even more! <\/p> \n\n<\/div>\n\n

HOW TO PLAY<\/h4>\n\n

There are 54 segments in total on the wheel, and each segment is marked by either a number symbol 1, 2, 5, 10 or a Bonus game symbol: Totem 1 Life, Totem 2 Lives, Board 3 Rolls and Board 5 Rolls. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

Place your bets on the bet spots you believe the wheel will stop at. All bet spots on the betting layout correspond to segments on the wheel. <\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

Once bets are closed, a random multiplier is assigned to one of the bet spots. <\/p>\n\n

Possible multipliers for a number bet spot (1, 2, 5, and 10): <\/p>\n\n

  • 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, 15x or 20x<\/li>\n\n

    MAIN BETS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

    You may place bets on any of the eight bet spots \u2013 numbers 1, 2, 5 and 10 or a Bonus game: Totem 1 Life, Totem 2 Lives, Board 3 Rolls and Board 5 Rolls. You may cover all bet spots in the same game round. <\/p>\n\n

    Bonus Games<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
    Totem 1 Life Bonus <\/strong><\/h6>\n\n

    If the wheel stops at the Totem 1 Life Bonus segment, the Totem Bonus game is triggered. To qualify, Totem 1 Life Bonus bet spot must be covered by your bet. <\/p>\n\n

    It is played on a 66-tile Totem, where some contain prizes, and some are empty. Stepping on an empty tile will cost you one life. <\/p>\n\n

    If the Totem 1 Life Bonus bet spot had a multiplier, all multiplier values on the Totem are automatically multiplied accordingly. <\/p>\n\n

    A single die is rolled to move upwards, and an unlimited number of rolls are available, as long as you have lives left. Each time you land on a tile with a prize, it is added to your total prize. <\/p>\n\n

    You have three dice rolls to play with. All tiles on the board are numbered to follow the direction of movement. The die is rolled to advance on the board: you move the number of tiles on board that match the die result. If you roll a six, you advance on the board and get an additional roll. <\/p>\n\n

    You gain the prize from each tile that you land on. All your collected prizes are added to your total prize. <\/p>\n\n

    Landing on a tile with a snake head moves you to the tile where the tail of the snake is, collecting the prize on that tile.<\/p>\n\n

    Ladders <\/strong><\/h6>\n\n

    Landing on a tile at the lower end of the ladder moves you upwards to the top of the ladder, collecting the prize on that tile. <\/p>\n\n

    Prizes <\/strong><\/h6>\n\n

    The collected prize values are summed up. At the end of the Bonus game, the total prize value is multiplied by your bet, and your winnings are displayed on your screen. <\/p>\n\n

    The Last Winning Numbers <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n

    The Last Winning Numbers<\/strong> are displayed at the bottom of your screen with the most recent winning result on the left side and highlighted. <\/p>\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n

    Game Statistics <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

    Click\/tap the Statistics button for more detailed statistics of the last 500 game rounds.<\/p>\n\n

    Under the tabs Recent, Bonus and Rolls, you can find the statistics of the most recent results, bonuses, and details about rolls for 500 game rounds. <\/p>\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n

    PLACING BETS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n

    The Table Name<\/strong> indicates the table you are currently playing at, and the Table Limits show the minimum and maximum bets allowed at the table. <\/p>\n\n

    When clicking\/tapping this area, the Bet Limits & Payouts<\/strong> window opens, showing the minimum and maximum limits and payout odds for each bet type. <\/p>\n\n

    The Game Information Indicator<\/strong> informs you of the game status.<\/p>\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n

    While PLEASE PLACE YOUR BETS is displayed, you may start placing your bets. The indicator shows the remaining time in green, decreasing to the left. Your balance must be sufficient to cover all your placed bets. <\/p>\n\n

    When only 5 seconds of the betting time remain, the status changes to LAST BETS, and the indicator becomes orange.<\/p>\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n

    Once the betting time is over, BETS CLOSED is displayed, and all betting areas become inactive. The game status will then show BETS ACCEPTED informing that all your placed bets have been accepted and will participate in the game round. <\/p>\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n

    The Chip Display<\/strong> allows you to select the value of the chips you wish to bet with. Only chip values that can be covered with your current Balance are available. <\/p>\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n

    Click\/tap the BET ON ALL<\/strong> button to cover all eight bet types at once. Bets will be placed with your selected chip value. <\/p>\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n

    The Re-bet<\/strong> button allows you to repeat the same bets from the previous game round. Once you have clicked\/tapped the Re-bet button, the Double and Undo buttons are enabled<\/p>\n\n

    The Double<\/strong> button doubles all your placed bets. Every click\/tap doubles your bets up to the maximum limit. <\/p>\n\n

    The Undo<\/strong> button removes the last bet you placed. This button is available only during the betting time. Once bets are closed, you will not be able to undo or change your bets. Clicking\/tapping the Undo button repeatedly removes bets one by one, with the most recent bet removed first. <\/p>\n\n

    The Balance indicator<\/strong> shows your available funds and currency. Your balance has to be sufficient to cover all your placed bets. <\/p>\n\n

    If your balance is not updated (after placing bets, losing or winning), please refresh your game.<\/p>\n\n\n

    The Cashier<\/strong> button will open the Cashier window for deposits and withdrawals. On mobile devices the Cashier button is available inside the game Menu.<\/p>\n\n

    The Total Bet<\/strong> indicator shows the total value of all bets placed in the current game round.<\/p>\n\n\n

    GAME RESULT<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

    The winning combinations of the game round are highlighted on the betting layout. The amount of your total winnings will be displayed on your screen. <\/p>\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n

    The Winner List<\/strong> is displayed at the end of the game round and will show the nicknames of all the players who won at the current table in the last game round. The winning amounts are shown in your currency. <\/p>\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n

    NAVIGATION CONTROLS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

    The Lobby button<\/strong> can be clicked at any time from any game. It allows you to easily change table, select any other live game or simply leave the table. You will not be removed from your current table until you have selected the new table you wish to join, so the Lobby can be used to browse other games while remaining at the current table. Once on the lobby page, please click the Return to Game button<\/strong> to exit the lobby and return to your open table. <\/p>\n\n

    Clicking the Chat button<\/strong> opens the chat window so you can send messages to the Dealer and other players. Our Dealers communicate with you directly and answer any questions regarding the game.<\/p>\n\n

    If you need to speak with our Live Support team<\/strong>, please select the corresponding chat room by clicking the Support button <\/strong>and you will be assisted in a private chat. <\/p>\n\n

    Chat messages are monitored by dedicated Studio personnel at all times. Any chat messages may be deleted, and your chat feature may be blocked if you use inappropriate or rude language with the Dealers and\/or other players at the table or flood the chat with unnecessary messages. <\/p>\n\n

    Clicking the Volume Control button<\/strong> opens a slider which lets you change the sound volume at your table. Clicking the Volume control button mutes the game \u2013 it will then turn into a \u201cMuted\u201d icon.<\/p>\n\n

    By default, the game is opened with muted audio. Please click the Muted button<\/strong> to unmute the game. The icon then turns into the Volume Control button<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

    Clicking the History button<\/strong> opens a window showing details of your activity in our Live Casino. By default, it is opened on your history for Today. You can also see your history from previous days by selecting the Older tab. <\/p>\n\n

    Simply select a game round from the list to see details of it, including all your bets. The details of your game round history are shown in the History window<\/strong> and split into 2 parts: game round information and bets information. <\/p>\n\n\n

    Clicking the Game Help button<\/strong> opens the Help window you are in right now. <\/p>\n\n

    Clicking the Settings button<\/strong> opens a Settings window<\/strong> allowing you to set your desired preferences. In the General tab<\/strong> the following options are available: <\/p>\n\n

    • Video stream on\/off.<\/li>\n
    • Manage video quality.<\/li>\n
    • Manage game sound effects.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n<\/p>\n\n\n

      By clicking the Classic View button<\/strong>, you can change the view of the game to Classic mode<\/strong> where the video is shown inside a small frame. The virtual table is available below the video and the graphical cards are shown for each side. <\/p>\n\n

      The game interface may also change automatically to Classic mode if your internet connection is slow or unstable. If this happens, the video is automatically set to Low video resolution<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

      Clicking the Full Screen button<\/strong> launches Full Screen<\/strong> mode and the game and\/or Lobby fills the entire screen. To exit this mode, either click the button again or press the “Esc” key on your keyboard. <\/p>\n\n\n

      Snakes & Ladders Live Valid Spin Rule <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n

      A winning symbol is valid only when the spin is deemed valid. A valid spin is defined as follows:<\/p>\n\n

      The wheel must complete at least two complete rotations counted from the segment where the pointer came to rest in the previous game round.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

      If the roll is not confirmed as valid, it is a \u201cNo Spin\u201d<\/strong> event. <\/p>\n\n

      A \u201cNo Spin\u201d<\/strong> is declared if: \n

        \n
      • The wheel did not complete two revolutions from the moment it was set in motion.<\/li>\n
      • The pointer comes to rest on a pin between 2 segments.<\/li>\n
      • There is physical interference of any kind with the spin.<\/li>\n
      • There is any kind of mechanical malfunction affecting the wheel or its supporting structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n\n

        In case of a \u201cNo Spin\u201d<\/strong>, the game round will be cancelled, and player bets will be refunded. <\/p>\n\n

        Game Inconveniences <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

        If there is an error in the game, system, game procedure or transaction activity, the game round will be temporarily paused, and the Shift manager immediately notified. You and other players will be informed by an on-screen notification that the issue is being investigated. <\/p>\n\n

        If the error can be immediately resolved, the game round will continue as usual. If immediate resolution is not possible, the game round will be cancelled, and initial bets will be refunded to all players who participated in the game round.<\/p>\n\n

        If the game ends with what you consider to be a wrong result<\/strong>, or in the event of any other irregularities, please contact Casino Time Customer Support, providing them with details of the game in question including the the game name<\/strong> and the exact time it occurred.<\/p>\n\n

        Disconnection Policy <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

        Pragmatic Play Live Casino services are provided over the internet, from which you may be disconnected at times. This poses potential problems to the game flow and your user experience. <\/p>\n\n
